LIVE BRIEF 5  DBA | SUBMISSION BOARDS & COVER SHEET

LIVE BRIEF 5  ENVIRONMENTAL DEVELEPMENT |

LIVE BRIEF 5  LENTICULAR ART |

I really like the idea of creating a lenticular installation - really represents the idea of more - more than one message or image.

LIVE BRIEF 5  DESIGNING THE ENVIRONMENT |

Me and Jnae have now been set with the task of developing how the brand works and interacts throughout the environment. We have been putting together a pinterest board so I have taken relevant visual and conceptual research from this.

As we are working with 3D shapes, incorporating physical 3D structures into the environment does sound really appealing.

LIVE BRIEF 5  - MY FINAL LOGO VARIATIONS |

For our group meeting I decided to put together a presentation to show the logo variants I had been working on. I narrowed them down to the ones I felt the group were most likely to prefer, and showed them in various colour schemes, text layouts, styles and sizes.

LIVE BRIEF 5  FURTHER INDIVIDUAL DEVELOPMENT |

I explored my favourite idea digitally and took it further -

I really liked the idea of this structure being able to adapt, change and do more than just be a static mark, but the dots didn't really allow for a mass amount of change, nor did they really act as a strong recognisable symbol.

I showed the rest of the group but they weren't really feeling it either. I went back to square one, again, and started thinking deeper into how 'more' could be visualised. Through further research, I came to the conclusion the best ways to represent more would be to create something:

- ADAPTABLE
- ANIMATED
- 3D

I began sketching by using a square bounding box and exploring different ways shapes could show 'more', as well as variety.

I also explored the idea of depth -

3D structures: North point/diamond/shape of the North -

3D 'N' -

This then led me onto the idea of creating an isometric shape -

I then began building the strongest ideas digitally -
